The company was founded by Philip Belcher to assist business leaders through interventions that are based on his 30+ years’ experience in leading, turning around and successfully exiting ICT business.
Philip specialises in ‘C’ level/Board mentoring, coaching, management consulting, key note speaking and facilitation.  His focus is working with CEOs and Senior Executives to assist them with their leadership to develop winning strategies and then execute them to provide excellent returns to the stakeholders.  Philip has an extensive and successful career as a CEO, Director (Executive and Non-Executive), and Senior Sales and Services Executive of leading Global, Australian and NFP organisations where he has demonstrated strong “bottom line” success, often in a ‘turnaround’ situation.  As a mentor, coach and management consultant he has provided highly successful interventions across a wide range of industries.
Where it is identified that other disciplines such as Change Management, Project Management, Sales Training, Project Management training and other critical consulting services are required to achieve success, LSE leverages its wide range of associates to provide the required services.
